Eco-One Renovation & Restoration works with homeowners, landlords and property managers across Ottawa, Gatineau and surrounding communities. We renovate homes, repair damage and improve the parts of a building most people never see — drainage, ventilation, moisture control and the materials behind the finishes.

A better world starts in an eco-friendly home

That idea has guided the company from the start. In practice it means specifying low-emission paints, sealants and adhesives where they suit the job, reusing sound materials instead of landfilling them, sorting renovation waste for recycling where facilities allow, and being honest about when a “green” option is worth the money and when it is not.

How we work

• We look at the property before we price it.
• Estimates are itemised, with allowances and options shown separately.
• You get one project lead, not a rotating cast of coordinators.
• Progress photos, approvals, change orders and invoices live in your customer portal.
• We finish with a walkthrough and a written deficiency list.

What we do not do

We do not give medical advice about mould or air quality, and we do not make engineering determinations. Where a project needs a lab, an engineer or a permit, we say so and coordinate it.
